Infographics
Mr. Ferlazzo uses his blog to present people with links to other educational tools. The one he provided in his most recent post was a link for Microsoft infographics, more specifically an example of an educational infographic containing school expenditures.
I commented the following:
"Mr. Ferlazzo, I appreciate you sharing this infographic with me. My name is Jameson Branch and I'm an EDM 310 student at the University of South Alabama. I think these infographics are a great tool to captivate the interest of students. It's a fantastic way to take information that would perhaps otherwise be boring to students and make it presentable to them. I know it captured my attention."

Facebook Money Used to Talk to Parents- Uh Oh
Mr. Ferlazzo writes about an effort in Newark, New Jersey to involve the parents of students there, in their children's educations. He expresses his concerns for their intentions to go door-to-door asking the parents what is working for their kids and what isn't.
I commented the following:
"Mr. Ferlazzo,
Image representing Facebook as depicted in Cru...Image via CrunchBaseI'm a student at the University of South Alabama in Dr. Strange's EDM310 class. I cannot do anything but express my disdain for the lengths that people will go to in an attempt to prove that they're "doing their part." This policy couldn't possibly prove to be an effective way to involve the parents. Thanks for sharing!"
